AI assistants for business owners · San Diego County
Stop being the bottleneck in the business you built.
I set up AI assistants that take everyday work off your plate: sorting email, managing your calendar, following up on leads, keeping up with admin. You stay in charge. They handle the stuff that keeps you at your desk until 8pm.

Your Main Assistant - Chief of Staff runs on Grok Bot. It keeps the follow-ups, bills, and loose ends moving so decisions reach you ready to sign off.
Watch this short video (about a minute) for a clear picture of what I'll set up for you.

You start everything with your main assistant. Once a project is underway, you can work directly with the specialist, and your main assistant stays in the loop.
How it works
Three steps, and I do the setup.
- 1. We talk. A short call about where your week goes and what you'd hand off first.
- 2. I map your setup. I look at the tools you already use (Gmail, Outlook, QuickBooks, your CRM) and figure out where AI can help most.
- 3. I build your assistants. One for each job, plus one main assistant you talk to, who manages the rest, so you have one place to check in.
For example (an illustration, not a client result): Monday morning you get one message. 3 emails need you, 2 quotes need a follow-up, and your 10am moved.
About me
I’ve been in your seat.
I've spent years running operations, hiring, and building systems for owners, and I built and sold my own business. I know what it's like to be the person everything runs through.
- Operations & IT 7+ years in a COO-level operations and IT role at a real estate training company, where I built its first website, network, ERP, and communications systems.
- Corporate Management Personally hired 125+ people, including the CFO, after starting out as a tax accountant and preparer.
- Entrepreneur Built and sold my own B2B distribution business, so I know the owner’s seat from the inside.
What it costs
I start with a paid first mapping session, $500, where I map your week and the tools you use. If you go ahead with a setup within 30 days, the full $500 counts toward it. Setups start at $2,500.
